PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER WITH US
Our showroom is located at 163 Pilkington Road, Panmure, Auckland but always open online.
If you choose to buy from us online, please choose carefully, ask questions about the product, and look at the dimensions of our furniture to ensure you have the space to accommodate it.
For out of town deliveries ( that is outside the greater Auckland region) , please contact us at hello@outsidespace.co.nz prior to proceeding with your order so we can confirm the cost of delivery.
DELIVERY COST
Auckland Metropolitan region (Torbay to Drury, Howick to Henderson):$100 ( $50 for a single chair) and Rural Auckland (not the Gulf Islands): $150
For non-rural Whangarei, Hamilton, Tauranga and Rotorua, we have a flat delivery date of $150 for orders of $2500.

Is there a cost for delivery?
Do your delivery charge include insurance for damage?
Yes, if damage occurs during delivery.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our team will be in touch within 1-2 working days of payment to arrange delivery that suits your time frame.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
This is preferred. We won’t deliver your furniture to a location unless you’ve given us permission to do so.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
We are in communication with you throughout the delivery process so this hasn’t happened yet! .
Can I make a request of delivery times?
Of course! Our team will call to arrange a delivery time that suits you!
Will my order fit when it arrives?
This is something that you need to measure and check carefully prior to making your purchase.
I live in an apartment. Can I get my furniture delivered there?
Of course!
