I just have to share with you all how fabulous the team at Outside Space are, together with quality furniture and umbrella’s.  Welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient - the whole experience was exceptional.  Kerry assisted me in my umbrella purchase - honestly go no further, on point with price, durability quality and inclusions. Wait there’s more, the lovely James and Alex delivered and assembled the umbrella (at no additional cost) guided me on how to use it, told me the material is already scotch guarded in the factory, came with a very sensible easy to operate cover and  they gave me good advise on all other outdoor related matters. We purchased a 2.5 metre cantilever umbrella from Outside Space for a client last year, and were blown away by the outstanding service, quality, and value we received. To this end without hesitation we recently purchased a second larger 3.5 metre umbrella model for our personal office space also.

My experience with Outside Space was nothing short of superb. I never felt rushed nor was there any pressure to buy, just outstanding service, advice and lots of measuring to make sure that the setting would fit into a smallish space. Kerry has a designer's eye for colour and accessories, showing me how to mix and match furniture and cushions to arrive at a functional and chic result. Delivery was prompt and the team was so careful manoeuvering the furniture through narrow doors, setting it up on site and showing me features such as the adjustable feet. Importantly, Outside Space offers products that are built to last, thus avoiding the detrimental environmental consequences of low-quality options. We had been looking for an outdoor dining set for a while but most were either poor quality or very expensive.  That’s when I discovered Outside Space.  Amazing quality, gorgeous outdoor furniture at affordable price.  They ticked all the boxes.  We went into the store and it was one of the best shopping experiences I have had – from the super helpful ladies instore to the delivery of our furniture.  The communication was fabulous and the delivery was made exactly on time.  They also followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was ok with the assembly. Not only is the furniture modern, comfortable and of good quality, the customer service at outside space was exceptional! Kerry was so friendly and helpful, and the the delivery team were super efficient, and delivered our furniture the next day! The custom made chair covers are also amazing!
