Placing an online order with us

Our warehouse/showroom is located at 163 Pilkington Road, Panmure  . Our opening hours are Wednesday to Friday 11 am to 4 pm and Saturday/Sunday 10 am to 4 pm. 

 If you choose to buy from us online, please choose carefully, ask questions about the product, and look at the dimensions of our furniture to ensure you have the space to accommodate it . Please check that your contact details and physical address details are entered correctly.

Once we’ve processed your order, we’ll arrange delivery.  Like any delivery of large goods, please make sure you’ve got a plan to receive the delivery as we don’t want you to incur extra cost if it needs to be re-delivered.

Our nominated courier company will deliver your order between (9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday). Delivery is based on ground level delivery and requires you to assist the driver with larger items. Please contact us at hello@outsidespace.co.nz prior to proceeding with your order if you can’t help. 

Delivery Cost

Auckland Metropolitan region (Torbay to Drury, Howick to Henderson):$100 ( $50 for a single chair) 

Matakana Coast region $100.

Rural Auckland (not the Gulf Islands): $150

You are welcome to pick up from our warehouse in Panmure on arrangement.

Delivery FAQ

Q. Is there cost for delivery?

A. Yes, unless you’ve arranged for pick up from our Panmure warehouse.

Q. Do your delivery charges include insurance for damage?

A. Yes, if damage occurs during delivery.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. Usually all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment

Q. Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

A. This is preferred. We won’t deliver your furniture to a location and leave them unsigned unless you’ve given us written permission (at your risk), to do so.

Q. What happens if I miss the delivery?

A. If you have been notified that your delivery will occur on a particular day and you are not there when the truck arrives, you will be charged a redelivery fee. This must be paid before your goods will be redelivered to you.

Q. Can I make a request of delivery times?

A. In the Auckland region, for smaller sets, we can try to accommodate your request for delivery times.

Q. Will my delivery fit when it arrives?

A. This is something that you need to measure and check carefully prior to making your purchase. If you are buying an item that is quite big you should check your door clearance and any other entrances first. Please note we will deliver to the ground level of our home.

Q. I live in an apartment. Can I have my furniture delivered there?

A. We have one furniture set that would work well for smaller spaces, such as an apartment balcony. This set would fit in a lift, but please make sure you have arranged building access, and you are there to assist.
