Shipping & Delivery

PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER WITH US

Our warehouse/showroom is located at 163 Pilkington Road, Panmure . We are open Wednesday to Monday, 10 am-4 pm,(closed Tuesday) but always open online.

 If you choose to buy from us online, please choose carefully, ask questions about the product, and look at the dimensions of our furniture to ensure you have the space to accommodate it. 

Delivery is based on ground level delivery and may require you to assist with larger pieces. Please contact us at hello@outsidespace.co.nz prior to proceeding with your order if you can’t help. 

DELIVERY COST

Auckland Metropolitan region (Torbay to Drury, Howick to Henderson):$100 ( $50 for a single chair)  and Rural Auckland (not the Gulf Islands): $150

For non-rural Whangarei, Hamilton, Tauranga and Rotorua, we have a flat delivery date of $200 for orders of $2500.

DELIVERY FAQs

Is there a cost for delivery?

Yes, unless you’ve arranged for pick up from our Panmure warehouse.

 

Do your delivery charge include insurance for damage?

Yes, if damage occurs during delivery.

When will my order be dispatched?

Usually all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment

Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

This is preferred. We won’t deliver your furniture to a location and leave them unsigned unless you’ve given us written permission (at your risk), to do so.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you have been notified that your delivery will occur on a particular day and you are not there when the truck arrives, you will be charged a redelivery fee. This must be paid before your goods will be redelivered to you.

Can I make a request of delivery times?

In the Auckland region, for smaller sets, we can try to accommodate your request for delivery times.

Will my order fit when it arrives?

This is something that you need to measure and check carefully prior to making your purchase. If you are buying an item that is quite big you should check your door clearance and any other entrances first. Please note we will deliver to the ground level of our home.

I live in an apartment. Can I get my furniture delivered there?

We have one furniture set that would work well for smaller spaces, such as an apartment balcony. This set would fit in a lift, but please make sure you have arranged building access, and you are there to assist.
